Keisha Drayton is an HR Professional with over a decade of experience in the oil and gas industry. She holds a honors degree in business management from the University of Sunderland. Keisha’s experience has given her a strong background in cost control with an emphasis on budget management. She also has a proven track record having dealt with contract management, vendor payments and relations, and supply chain. Keisha believes in ethical leadership and employee safety.
Though Houston is home for Keisha and her family, she originally hails from the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, an oil rich nation that supplies oil and gas as well as provides oil refining services. Being raised in such a tropical paradise has allowed her to appreciate the diverse beauty in all things. At Spirit Keisha heads the Operations Team ensuring that all aspects of Accounting, HR, and IT run smoothly.
What is your favorite city to which you’ve traveled?
New York would be one of my top cities. There’s just so much to see; so much to do! I love visiting the various attractions and catching a Broadway show when I can.

I guess it would have to be the San Antonio Spurs, but bear in mind that cricket remains my first love.
