We make taking care of our team a top priority! Spirit offers a wide variety of top-tier benefits ranging from fully-paid employee health insurance, annual fitness reimbursement, and paid time off based on cumulative experience. We also sponsor committees run by our team that provide opportunities to give back to our local communities as well as education to our organization.

Paid Premiums for Employees

We offer industry leading medical, dental, and vision benefits along with mental health and financial planning resources. As part of this program, Spirit pays 100% of health insurance premiums for employees and 50% for dependents.


Our PTO is based on applicable experience throughout your career, not just time at Spirit. We want to recognize any experience from previous roles and encourage you to take that time to rest, recharge, and go on adventures!

Flexible Schedule

We offer a flexible schedule, so you don’t have to take precious PTO for personal appointments, or to meet the plumber. We also have a “Flex Friday” schedule where team members get every other Friday off. These are just some of the ways we help our team maximize their personal time while still serving our clients’ needs.

Fitness Reimbursement

Each team member can apply for a fitness reimbursement annually. This can be used for gym memberships, a new treadmill, race entries, or even your annual ski pass! We want to encourage you to get up, get moving, or get outside!

We review each and every application and our Recruiting Manager will personally respond to each applicant.

Introductory Call

Our Recruiting Manager will schedule a call with you to chat about your experience, give a brief overview of Spirit, and address any questions you have about the role.

Technical Call

One of our technical leaders will schedule a call with you to have a more in-depth discussion surrounding your technical experience and answer any questions about our team and their current projects.


Our interview is interactive, where you have the opportunity to meet members across various teams. While we are interviewing you, don’t forget to ask questions too!


After interviewing candidates, the last step is an offer letter. We can’t wait for you to find YOUR fit with Spirit!
