The Gulf Coast Humanitarian Committee hosted a care package drive with Blue Star Moms Houston Area to provide everyday items to heroes currently deployed in combat zones. The committee matched the number of donated items. The final donation reached $340! Blue Star Moms Houston’s next packing event is March 24 & 25.
In addition to the everyday items, a card making event was held to add words of encouragement and show our appreciation for their service. Thank you to all who served and continue to serve our great country!
