Last Thursday, Jacqueline Smolik, PWS provided a broad overview of wetland permits and processes as they apply to linear projects at the IRWA CHAPTER 8 – HOUSTON March meeting. Attendees reviewed a case-study that examined the relationship between right of way and environmental clearance and Jacqueline provided tools and datasets to be used in the right of way planning process to assist agents in recognizing red flags in the field.
