Spirit is proud to announce that in addition to our commitment to offset all our business-related carbon emissions, making us carbon neutral from 2019, we have released a Sustainability Management Plan (SMP) that serves as the foundation of our own internal journey towards integrating sustainability into the core of our business model.
The release of our SMP is a culmination of years of internal work including our baseline data gathering effort in 2019, ongoing sustainability efforts and achievements, and rapid acceleration of supporting clients in their sustainability journey. The SMP includes a roadmap and is the foundational component of our Sustainable Management System (SMS) which is supplemented by data tracking efforts, active goal iteration and strategy deployment, and annual reporting efforts. Moving forward, our SMP will be complemented by annual reports to demonstrate progress and share the evolution of our journey. As we continue to advise our clients on how they can best achieve their own ambitiously practical ESG goals, we are committed to doing the same.
