Spirit would like to welcome Project Consultant II, Dylan Costelloe to the Denver office! Dylan’s marine/aquatic background will be a great addition to our Natural and Cultural Resources team. Dylan is originally from Ireland and on the weekends he enjoys drinking good coffee, playing guitar, and hanging out with his wife and two pups.
