As the year comes to a close, facilities with an active NOI for the MSGP TXR050000 must conduct annual NEL sampling for stormwater discharges by December 31, 2022.
Samples must be analyzed by an accredited laboratory and submitted through the TCEQ’s NetDMR online system by March 31, 2023.
