Find Your Fit

On September 15, 2020, the EPA published the revised final rules for NSPS OOOO and OOOOa. Changes to these rules could affect your oil or natural gas facility.

EPA announced they are reconsidering four key areas of NSPS OOOO and OOOOa:

  • The applicability of fugitive emission requirements to low production well sites
  • Process and criteria for requesting Alternative Means of Emission Limitation (AMELs)
  • Well site pneumatic pump standards, and
  • Certification requirements for Closed Vent Systems (CVS) by a P.E.
